Ming, the Explorer

Entry for the CA.org CHOW competition.

"Ming recieved the "Explorer" tag after a great deal of explorations throughout the world. The discoveries made by Ming were always the gossip among the locals of every city. Ming's last exploration was supposed to be the greatest journey yet; to explore the unknown regions of the Wandering Jungle. This area was named this way because no one who has ventured into this jungle has ever returned...Ming was one of these people. But Ming didn't perish. In fact, what was discovered made Ming want to never return."
